We’ve not been up to alot of things lately since Thomas is on a holiday in Africa hugging some lions! But we’re sure that he’ll get back in one piece. The remaining three of us have been working on some new material and we think it’s going in a good direction. Also we’re exicited to present our single “Directions” in September and we are surely going to work on a kickass show! Until that time we’ll keep you informed about the things that will happen. Whatever that may be.

Last week we recorded our videoclip and we had a gig at “De Hoornse Stadsfeesten”  recording Thomas Shooting the clip was a new experience for us, it was nice …. now we have to wait till September for the result.
The clip will be presented in Paradiso. Friday June 18th we played at “De Hoornse Stadfeesten”. Radio 501 invited us.
We had a great gig wich was live broadcasted at the internet radiostation.  live @ Hoorn Last Thursday we recorded our single “Directions” at the E-Sound Studios in Weesp. We arrived at 9:30am and after we had a coffee, we started to line up our gear. It took about 3 hours,  Thomas behind the drums and a lot of mics First we recorded the drum and bass sections,
Thomas and Nigel did e great job on this one … After this Sander played the rhythmguitar and Nigel the leadguitar. When all of this was ready, this took about 4 hours, Nigel started to record the vocals, 2 hours and a lot of water later we were satisfied with the results. At the end of the recording we had the idea to record a pianosection, so Nigel Kansen played on the same piano on wich Elton John did one of his Europian Tours !! Sunday June13th Nigel and Sander will do the final mix together with Mendel, our engineer. We thank Mendel and Jonas for their commitment and the fun we had during recording at the E-Sound Studios !!

 RA @ E-Sound Studios We arrived 9.00 am at the studio to do the pre-production. Together with engineer Mendel Last Thursday we visited MADHOUSE in IJmuiden to fit our clothes for the clip. MADHOUSE sponsered all shirts and jeans for our videoclip, so we had to go there to find the  Nigel, Sander and Bea Madhouse Marktplein IJmuiden  Madhouse Marktplein IJmuiden Yesterday we visited the famous studio in Weesp. We’ll be recording our new single “Directions” in this awesome studio. June 10th the song will be recorded in “Studio 1″ , this studio is designed by Eddy Veal,
This week we connected all kind of social networks. We have our own new Hyves page, we Twitter and we have our page on Facebook. Also we rehearsed and we are now writing some new songs. Nigel, our bassplayer, had a new May 21th we will visit the E-Sound Studio’s in Weesp. Here our single will be recorded.
We are in the middle of the promotion tour of NH-Pop Live. As you all know we are one of the five winning acts of the NH-Pop Live project. Also the banner we won is almost ready, Anja Kansen … yes the mother of our bassguitar dude,
May the 5th we played at the Liberty Festival in Amsterdam We travelled with the train to Amsterdam where we were invited to open the  In the train to Amsterdam festival on the Nesplein. We had to open at 14.00 hours and 5 minutes before there was almost We had a great gig, listened afterwards to some other bands as The Fudge And it was a long night again ……….
